mumbai terror attack

INDIA faced yet another heart breaking and bruthal terror attack on MUMBAI on november 26, 2008.After a 60 hr long and intense battle with the terrorists, the Indian army were eventually succesfull in killing all the terrorists and capturing one terrorist named AJMAL KASAB.

But, the damaged was already done. The Hotel TAJ and Trident where the terrorists were hiding was severly damaged. The majestic Taj Mahal, an icon of Indian pride and a playground for the global elite for over a century, and the sleek, sea-front Oberoi were among 10 sites targeted in the rampage. At the end of the militants' 60-hour standoff with police, 164 people and nine gunmen were dead, including dozens of guests and staff members from the two hotels.

It was indeed a shameful day not only for INDIA but also for the whole world,as once again it shows that terror is still very much present in this world and will continue to affect us more brutally unless an d until we all unite against it and start a movement,a war to totally remove it.

I will definetly salute the spirit of the Mumbains who stood tall and without being afraid remained united and together in this critical situation.Thousands of Indians have turned out in Mumbai for a candlelit vigil to mark one week since the attackers landed in the city, beginning a three day killing spree. HATS OF TO ALL OF THEM.

My this hub is to salute the passion and determination of not only Mumbians but also all the Indians as a whole.Lets all of us unite and promise to stand together in fighting against terrorism.

LET PEACE BE PREVAILED ONCE AND FOR ALL AROUND THE GLOBE.. AMEN.
